Govineer Solutions Acquires TrueBill Solutions From GovPath

Acquisition expands Govineer’s geographic footprint and enhances service capabilities with proprietary, industry-leading water utility and irrigation management software.

PROVO, Utah — Govineer Solutions, a provider of government accounting and utility billing software, announced it has acquired TrueBill Solutions, the utility billing software division formerly operating as TruePoint Solutions, from GovPath, a Seaside Equity Partners portfolio company. The acquisition adds TrueBill’s proprietary water utility and irrigation management software to Govineer’s expanding portfolio of local government solutions.

Founded more than 20 years ago, TrueBill provides cloud-based utility billing, water resource management and citizen engagement solutions to water districts, municipalities and special districts across the United States. Its flagship TrueBill utility billing and water management platform helps agencies streamline billing, improve resident satisfaction and maintain compliance with evolving state and federal regulations. The software platform and team will continue operating together under the TrueBill Solutions name, ensuring continuity for customers as the business begins its next phase of growth with Govineer.
