September 17, 2026 · Business Wire

CHICAGO — Sheridan Capital Partners (“Sheridan” or “the Firm”) today announced the completion of its investment in PtEverywhere (“PtE” or “the Company”), a practice management and integrated payments software platform serving outpatient physical therapy and related rehabilitation providers. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Raleigh, N.C., PtE provides an integrated practice management platform that enables physical therapy clinics to manage scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, and collections through a single workflow. By streamlining administrative processes, the platform helps practices improve operational efficiency, enhance clinician productivity, and optimize financial performance. PtE primarily serves small and mid-sized physical therapy practices, including those that operate on cash-pay and hybrid reimbursement models. Current CEO Andrew Shofner will continue to lead the business under Sheridan’s ownership.

“As we enter our next stage of growth alongside the Sheridan team, we’re confident this partnership will help us scale our impact, further streamline clinical workflows, and empower clinicians to focus more of their time on patient care,” said Shofner. “Sheridan’s healthcare sector expertise resonated with our leadership team and the Firm has already established strong alignment on both near-term and long-term initiatives to drive growth and create value.”

“Andrew and the PtE team have driven an impressive operational and technological transformation of the Company, and we’re excited to partner with them to build on that success through our strategic resources and industry knowledge,” said Jacob Greenberg, at Sheridan Capital Partners. “We are confident that PtE’s scalable infrastructure, differentiated technology, and disciplined operating model will firmly support both organic growth and strategic add-on acquisitions.”

The transaction was led by Jacob Greenberg, Aman Singla, and Noah Benson at Sheridan Capital Partners. Sidley Austin LLP served as legal counsel to Sheridan Capital Partners. Goodwin Procter LLP served as legal counsel and Kaizen Equity Partners served as financial advisor to the Company.
